Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
We do not accept returns for items purchased on sale or clearance.
No single item from a combo order can be returned or refunded. Combo orders must be returned in their entirety. Please note that part orders where a discount coupon has been applied are eligible for returns, but the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your communication. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with an RA number and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will notify you, and the Quality Assurance team will verify their condition. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, color, or size, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure.
